Yoga teachers...tell me if this sounds familiar

  • You want to incorporate meditation into your yoga classes because it's one of the eight limbs, but you're not sure how to do it in a 60-minute class.

  • Your schedule is packed, and you simply don't have the time to write your own meditation scripts.

  • You wish you had a collection of ready-to-use meditation scripts that make it easy to bring meditation into your classes.

Well...now you do, with my Done For Yoga Meditation Scripts for Yoga Teachers!

 Hi, I am Juliana Larochelle,

and I am a yoga teacher and mentor, who has been teaching yoga for over a decade.  I understand the profound impact of incorporating the other limbs of yoga into your classes. As yoga teachers, it’s our responsibility to teach beyond just asanas, which can feel daunting in a 60-minute class when we often think students are primarily there for the physical practice. However, you can easily integrate accessible meditations into your classes in just 2-5 minutes.

Throughout the years, I’ve poured my heart and soul into creating transformative yoga experiences that empower my students to build confidence on their mats through both movement and meditation. Now, I’ve compiled all of my meditation scripts for you to utilize whenever and wherever you need them. This collection has been a true labor of love, and I’m thrilled to share it with yoga teachers everywhere.

Now, not only can you steal my flow, but you can steal meditation scripts too!

Yes, you can seamlessly incorporate meditation into a 30-minute, 60-minute, or 75-minute yoga class. And no, I’m not just referring to savasana. You can easily introduce a brief 2-5 minute meditation into every single class you teach. Why? Because meditation is one of the eight limbs of yoga and the Yoga Sutras lay out exactly they suggest we meditate on.

You might be wondering where and how to do this.

There are several moments I like to include meditation in my yoga classes. For instance, you can start with a short meditation at the beginning of class, introduce a standing meditation in the middle, or even add one after savasana. The choice is yours! Just allocate 2-10 minutes, depending on the class's time and style.
