I do want to be really clear about something upfront. These are not the super tricky, Instagram-style sequences you might see me share online. Instead, these are intelligently sequenced, accessible flows.
They have creative elements, but nothing too tricky (so… no EPK 😆). Think of these slow flows like you're moving through honey.
They are designed to be taught at a slower pace while opening up a specific body part, and many of the sequences include built-in options so you can choose a more accessible path or offer something slightly more challenging based on the room.
Dare I even say… they’re a little basic, in the best way.

A: These classes are intended for students who are familiar with the yoga basics. They are perfect for teaching ‘mixed level’ classes as they come with lots of pose progressions.

A: These classes are level 2 creative. That means they tie a physical theme throughout the class, focused on opening up a specific body part, and include one creative element within the sequence.
Some of the sequences include built-in options, so you can choose a more accessible path or offer something slightly more challenging based on the room.
