Tell me if this sounds familiar…

  • Yoga started as a workout, but has now become something more, and you’re eager to dive deeper.

  • You love learning new poses, but wonder about the meaning behind them.

  • Your ears perk up when you hear your teacher suggest a new option for Warrior II during class, and you dream of understanding your anatomy in the same way.

  • You’ve heard about the power of meditation, but don’t know how to make it a part of your routine.

  • You leave class wanting to keep learning long after savasana ends, devouring books on yoga and meditation and craving deeper conversations with people who are just as curious as you are.

  • You crave a deeper relationship with yoga than a few classes each week provide.

  • You’ve been told you’re a strong leader or would make a great teacher.

  • You desire to strengthen your public speaking skills.

  • You’ve studied Instagram posts and flyers for yoga teacher trainings over the years, but keep wondering if you’re “ready.”

  • You’d love how yoga has transformed your life and want to help others experience the same feeling.

Hi, I am Juliana Larochelle,

and I’ve been teaching yoga for over a decade, including leading and teaching in numerous 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings. But what many of the fresh faces in those trainings didn’t know was that I actually hated my first yoga teacher training.

On a whim in college, I signed up for a 200-hour training in Costa Rica, drawn in by the ocean views and the chance to explore somewhere new. What I never could have imagined was that I would “graduate” without knowing the names of many poses or how to sequence a yoga class. I returned home to New Jersey feeling a little embarrassed — but even more determined to fill the gaps my teachers had left behind.

So I immersed myself in the practice. Through years of study, trial and error, and teaching thousands of classes, I developed the confidence and skills I hadn’t gained in my own training. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of teaching sold-out studio classes, leading workshops and festivals, mentoring yoga teachers, and serving my incredible online community.

I also know what it feels like to invest in an experience that doesn’t deliver on its promise. That’s why I’m so passionate about creating teacher trainings that truly prepare students for what comes next—whether that means confidently teaching yoga or simply deepening their own practice.

Yoga saved my life. It turned me from an untethered teenager into a confident businesswoman with a clear purpose and sense of self. My hope is that this training gives you not only the knowledge and confidence to move forward as a teacher, but also a deeper connection to yourself and to the practice that has changed so many lives — including my own.

Imagine Your Life a Year From Now…

If you’re hoping to spend 200 hours trying to get your feet behind your head or recreating the aesthetic yoga videos you see on TikTok, I might not be your teacher. This training is for the student who's ready to move beyond the poses and discover everything yoga has to offer.

Yoga helped me find my way home to myself, and if you're craving self-study, strength — both internal and physical — a meaningful meditation practice, and a deeper understanding of yoga philosophy, you've found your place. Whether your goal is to become a yoga teacher or simply deepen your own practice, these five months will change the way you move through your practice — and your life.

After Just a Five-Month Training You Will…

  • Understand yoga beyond the poses and deepen your connection to yogic philosophy.

  • Feel stronger, more grounded, and more intentional every time you step onto your mat.

  • Confidently stand in front of a class filled with students and lead a creative, day-making yoga flow.

  • Discover how your body moves through a deeper understanding of anatomy.

  • Build a sustainable meditation practice that supports you both on and off the mat.

  • Cue clearly and safely to anyone who signs up for your class.

  • Turn your passion for yoga into something you’re excited to share with others.

  • Have a community of lifelong friends who love yoga as much as you do (and probably a group chat to prove it!)

  • See how friends and family notice your newfound faith in yourself and peace with life, even when things are uncertain.

  • Develop unshakeable trust — in your practice, your voice, and yourself.

  • Leave with not only a certification, but a deeper understanding of who you are.

Meet Your Teachers

Lead Teacher

Hi, I’m Juliana, a yoga teacher and mentor for over 10 years. I created the Steal My Flow movement online to help empower yoga teachers to share their sequences with others and as a way for our yoga community to lean on one another. Over the years, I've also led and taught in numerous 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, helping hundreds of students deepen their practice and grow into confident teachers.

Through my online teacher trainings, in-person events, and retreats, I help yoga teachers find their voice and confidence on the mat. My goal is to help you understand yoga beyond the poses and build a foundation that will support you for years to come.

With my 200-hour yoga teacher training, I am giving you the tools I’ve learned over a career in yoga. I’ve studied under many teachers, in India, and on my own, carving out my own unique approach to yoga teaching. Now I’m sharing it all with you in a training designed to help you build confidence, deepen your practice, and, if you choose, become the teacher you've always wanted to learn from.
