Hi, I’m Juliana, a yoga teacher and mentor for more than 10 years. I created the Steal My Flow movement online to help empower yoga teachers to share their sequences with others and as a way for our yoga community to lean on one another. Yoga teaching and sequencing don’t have to be hard. You just need to learn the formula! Which, unfortunately, is not taught in most traditional yoga teacher trainings.
Through my done-for-you class plans, online teacher training, and in-person events and retreats, I help yoga teachers find their voice and confidence on the mat. It’s one thing to lead your students through a series of poses. But it is a whole different level of empowerment to know you are teaching classes that shift lives and perspectives through creative movement and wisdom drops.

What if I’ve purchased your class plans in the past? Will the flows be the same?
No! I am creating entirely new sequences for this offering.
What kind of classes will these be?
Each plan is broken down into three different types of classes: beginner yoga, all levels, and vinyasa flow (intermediate).
What if I don’t want the sequences but I just want to practice with Juliana?
No problem! You can simply enjoy the all level practice alongs included inside the studio.
How does it work?
Once you sign up for the library, you get access to nearly 100 yoga class plans and dharma talks. You can access them any time for teaching or to practice yourself!
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, but you must cancel BEFORE your next billing date if you don’t want to be charged for the month. There are no refunds for the Creative Sequencing Studio.
