Juliana Larochelle

Hi, I’m Juliana, a yoga teacher and mentor for more than 12 years. I created the Steal My Flow movement online to help empower yoga teachers to share their sequences with others and as a way for our yoga community to lean on one another. Yoga teaching and sequencing don’t have to be hard. You just need to learn the formula! Which, unfortunately, is not taught in most traditional yoga teacher trainings.
Through my done-for-you class plans, online teacher training, and in-person events and retreats, I help yoga teachers find their voice and confidence on the mat. It’s one thing to lead your students through a series of poses. But it is *a whole different level of empowerment* to know you are teaching classes that shift lives and perspectives through creative movement and wisdom drops.

During this seven-day Creative Awakening Retreat, I’m bringing you behind the scenes and into my creative sequencing process so you can learn it yourself. Give yourself the gift of time back, by investing in *your practice* and your *yoga community.*

Nathalie Grahlert

Hi, my name is Nathalie. I’m a yoga teacher, mentor, and movement lover with a soft spot for creative sequencing. For the last eight years, I’ve taught in studios across Europe, led retreats, and facilitated 200hr and 300hr teacher trainings in India and Europe with Sampoorna Yoga, Sthira Yoga, and Alpha Yoga School.
What really lights me up? Creative sequencing. It’s my absolute passion—and the heart of how I teach. I’ve dedicated my online yoga studio “Embodied Space” and entire teacher trainings to it, because so many yoga teachers struggle with teaching the same class on repeat, feeling stuck in their cueing or coming to the brink of burn out with teaching too many classes.
During this seven-day Creative Awakening Retreat, I’ll guide you in designing classes that feel fresh, intelligent, and true to your voice—while keeping your students engaged, inspired, and coming back for more. You'll also learn how to confidently assist your students physically, even in faster-paced yoga classes.
Strengthen your practice, refine your teaching, and reconnect with your creative spark.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What airports are the closest?

We recommend flying into Puerto Plata (1 hour from retreat center). You can also fly into Santiago, which is about a 5-hour drive to the retreat center.

Is transportation available?

Transportation from Puerto Plata is included. We do NOT provide transportation to or from Santiago airport.

What if I want my own room?

The Jungle Cabin and Star Gazing Cabin are private rooms with their own bathrooms. The listed rates for the Air Villa are based on 3–4 people per room, so if you'd like it as a private space, the cost would double or triple accordingly.

Do I receive Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits?

Yes! You will receive 45 credits for this intensive.
