Q: What if I bought your Gentle Yoga Class Plans or your Beginner Yoga Curriculum or any of your other class plans? Is this the same?

A: No, this is NOT the same. This is a NEW class plan with different sequences.

Q: What is the level of these classes?
A: These class plans include two levels: Gentle Yoga & Beginner Yoga.

Q: What is the difference between Gentle Yoga & Beginner Yoga?
A: The differences can be understood by recognizing the ideal yoga practitioner and the poses included in each class.

  • Gentle Yoga is for yoga practitioners who want to practice yoga but can’t bear weight on their hands and knees. There are NO weight-bearing poses; all poses are done on the back, belly, seated, or standing. That means there are NO tabletop or low lunge poses.

  • Beginner Yoga is for students who are new to yoga and need to learn the basics. This class includes weight-bearing poses, focusing on teaching how to do the yoga poses.

Both styles are slow-paced and do not involve turning your body into a pretzel.

Q: I’ve never bought your class plans before and I am scared I won’t be able to understand them. Can I see a sample?

A: While I can’t give you a sample from my class plans because that is paid-for content, here is an example of how I sequence a beginner yoga class and a beginner yoga class plan example. Here is an example of what my done-for-you class plans look like.

Q: Does chatGPT or some other AI write your class plans?

A: No, all of my class plans are entirely written by me. Neither ChatGPT nor any other AI writes or creates any of my sequences. I do use AI for minor edits, such as grammar checks on themes and intention-setting scripts, but every idea, method, and plan is original and created by me, Juliana Larochelle.

I recently taught Juliana's "Let's Get Hippy" from the creative flow done-for-you classes. I value the unique sequences based on familiar poses. At the same time, I appreciate the authenticity of personalizing a class for my own students. With the intention of "accept what is", we lingered a little longer in seated butterfly with a forward fold. During this time of stillness, we contemplated how our body was able to accept what is like we get to in life's circumstances. And once again during the cool down, we pondered life lessons while accepting the depth of pigeon. The pairing of a hip focus and acceptance was just what we needed.
