Do you want to spend less time planning your classes?

Do you need new ideas for interesting flows that keep your students engaged?

If you screamed YES, then you will LOVE my done-for-you Vinyasa with Arm Balances and Power Yoga Class Plans.

Imagine this..your class plans are done for the next 6 weeks. Instead of spending hours planning your classes, you spend that time on your own self-practice and more time with your family.

You go to teach your class and you are excited because you feel confident that your class plans are fresh, fun, and interesting.

After class, a student comes up to you and says, “I absolutely loved that class. The words you shared were exactly what I needed to hear and I loved trying that new pose. Thank you so much. I look forward to next week.”

This is possible for you. That is exactly why I created my done-for-you Vinyasa with Arm Balances & Power Yoga Class Plans.

What Yoga Teachers About My Class Plans:

Blare | @The_yogamermaid

I got the class plans as I was inspired by Juliana’s masterclass and wanted to save time when creating new classes. I’m a busy homeschooling mum teaching 12 classes per week, so I love time saving options! I found the class plans helped to inspire my own flows, we’re easy to implement and were lots of fun! My yoga students have really loved some of the new classes I have introduced- splits, binds, dancer flow, heart opener class to name a few, all inspired by Juliana and her sequence structures. The structure also helps to keep the classes flow, the intention clear and helps me to remember what’s coming next. I have especially loved the dharma talks, it’s helped me create some great intentions and allowed me to teach beyond the poses.

Thank you so much for the class plans, Juliana! Your immense creativity is truly inspirational. The chakras plan gave me so many ideas to use in class. Everything was written out and it was easy to follow. Keep doing what you are doing :)

I am new to teaching yoga and I have been feeling overwhelmed fulfilling all my life roles as a graduate student, a partner, aunt, coach and now as a yoga teacher. I know that my community benefits from the yoga classes and I wanted to meet that need so as an act of self care I bought the curriculum to help decrease the feeling of anxiety and overwhelmed from feeling inadequate at planning sequences that meet the needs of beginners level practitioners. The lessons have been helpful in saving time planning and making me feel more confident when I teach. I am learning new poses so it’s nice to provide my students with new poses that meet their needs. I love that it comes with demos of the poses since I’m a visual person it helps to see it in action. The structure is easy to remember and it aligns with how I would teach the classes! This curriculum has been such a blessing! Thank you Juliana.

Thank you so much for these class plans. Slow Flow is easily my favorite class to teach and I’ve got my weekly class plans (plus back up ideas for sub-teaching intense vinyasa classes!) until Fall!

I love the way you have put them together, I’m actually using them! They’re so easy to learn and fun to teach. They feel simple, satisfying, and just the right amount of challenging for the mind.

My students love them, too. I was called in for emergency coverage for an intermediate vinyasa class with only 30 mins to drive and be ready. I used the slow flow plan from my Monday class (hamstring openers), made it more intense, added chaturangas back in at the end and walked out with very happy students for another teacher's class, too:)

Oh, and I super love the bonus dharma talks and use them to prompt myself as well!!

Keep up the incredible energy and creativity, you are wonderful at what you are doing!

As a new Yoga teacher it can be overwhelming to curate an 8 week Beginner's Course while still finding the confidence to teach! Juliana's 8 week Beginner course gave me the resources to deliver an accessible course for students. This greatly helped my confidence as a new teacher and benefited students. Her resource helped alleviate my worry and anxiety about planning and delivering classes. Thank you! 🙏

I had seen Julianna on Instagram and really enjoyed hearing her philosophy and her suggestions for refining teaching and practicing yoga. When I saw she was writing curriculum for yoga I was interested. The curriculum came immediately after purchase and was very easy to open and use. The flows are also very well written. Julianna includes videos if you would like to watch the written flows and practice along with her.

Lauren | @gilmorel

I purchased the curriculum because I have a lot of gentle yoga clients and I feel less inspired planning those classes than the more advanced ones.

It has def helped me with time and also inspired other sequences!

The curriculum is assessable for most of my gentle yoga clientele and it’s different from the gentle classes I have been teaching. I don’t love teaching the same class over and over. I like to keep things fresh and new always!

Carrie | @carrie_silke_yoga

I was inspired to purchase the class plans as I'm a new yoga teacher and am still learning how to put an amazing class sequence together.

It has definitely helped me save time, as well as sequence asanas I probably wouldn't have thought of.

I love that the class plans are teaching me as well as helping me create awesome classes!

Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom

Kelly | @poodles.poses.paddleboards

I purchased the curriculum because I would like to offer beginner-specific classes and I really like Julianna’s teaching style. It’s a huge time saver because every part of class is included, no need to plan your own sequences. My favorite thing about this curriculum is that Julianna provides a different dharma talk for each week, which is focused on beginners. The language she uses is simple and direct, and very easy to follow. She also includes videos of live classes for weeks 1-8. This is a great resource and a huge time saver.

Jessica | @wtvrimfeelin

I was inspired to purchase your chakra yoga plans because I really admire your yoga style and I wanted to incorporate your good energy into my classes. I also really struggle sometimes to write classes and I wanted to have something to mix it up! Currently I’m using beginner the class plans in my gentle yoga classes. I’m also using the core of some of the classes to help me build new classes! It has helped me greatly with saving time on planning classes and I’m so grateful for it! I think what I love the most are the guided meditation/centering included. A very thoughtful touch and it’s always nice to have! Even for my own practice. Thank you for offering this cool service! I hope everyone is enjoying it as much as I am!

Amanda | @Prairiesoulwellness

I was in need of a little inspiration and truthfully I was lacking the time to plan the classes I desired to teach so I purchased the gentle class plans. What I love is that dharma scripts are included, I just tweak them a little to sound more like me.  I love to weave not only a physical theme through a class but a message for students to embody.

The gentle sequence was perfect for the group I teach, also love that short links to viewing a demo was provided, there short and sweet :).

Love them so much that I purchased the Beginner and Slow Flow ones as well.
