When I graduated from my 200-hour yoga teacher training ten years ago, I was completely lost on my mat and taught the same sequence for a year with my eyes squeezed shut. I’ve dedicated the last decade to becoming a master creative sequencer who delivers the kind of life-changing yoga classes that students keep returning to. Now I’ll teach you to do the same with my Yoga Teacher Retreat. This is a place for you to pour back into yourself and your own practice for both you and your students.

**MEET YOUR GUIDE**

Hi, I’m Juliana, a yoga teacher and mentor for more than 10 years. I created the Steal My Flow movement online to help empower yoga teachers to share their sequences with others and as a way for our yoga community to lean on one another. Yoga teaching and sequencing don’t have to be hard. You just need to learn the formula! Which, unfortunately, is not taught in most traditional yoga teacher trainings.
Through my done-for-you class plans, online teacher training, and in-person events and retreats, I help yoga teachers find their voice and confidence on the mat. It’s one thing to lead your students through a series of poses. But it is *a whole different level of empowerment* to know you are teaching classes that shift lives and perspectives through creative movement and wisdom drops.

During my five-day Yoga Teacher Retreat, I’m bringing you behind the scenes and into my creative sequencing process so you can learn it yourself. Give yourself the gift of time back, by investing in *your practice* and your *yoga community.*

OUR SCHEDULE

Join me at the Solstice Punta Gorda retreat center, in Southwestern Florida, for an immersive yoga retreat from Thursday, August 29 to September Monday, September 2.

What’s included:

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What airports are the closest?

If you are traveling by plane, we recommend the following airports:

Punta Gorda-PGD (7 min)
Ft. Myers- RSW (30 min)
Sarasota- SRQ (60 min)
Tampa- TPA (90 min)

Is transportation available?

You are responsible for getting yourself to and from the retreat center. The center recommends Gulf Coast Car Service which provides transportation to and from Punta Gorda and Fort Myers airports, and scheduled transportation to and from activities in the area.

For those driving, there will be parking available at the center.

What if I want my own bungalow?

The listed rates are based on two people per room, so the rate would double for a private space!

Do I receive Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits?

Yes! You will receive 20 credits for this retreat.

What if I’ve already taken your Creative Sequencing, Dharma Talks, or other workshops?

While the basic principles overlap and will be reinforced on this retreat, the exercises differ completely from my courses. This is an opportunity to learn brand-new trainings in person with me. You will also not receive certificates for those courses by completing the retreat, as it is a different program.

What is there to do in the area?
